ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHING

This book is a collection of articles which were originally presented at ?Jornadas sobre la Enseñanza del Inglés'. The congress was held at the University of Cádiz (11-13 November 1999) and born out of a widely expressed desire for closer collaboration and understanding between the various sectors involved in English language teaching. This volume is made up of a selection of the most interesting and representative contributions. There are forty-eight articles which have been divided into seven chapters covering a wide range of themes related to English Language Teaching. Although some of the articles clearly straddle two or more of these categories, the editors have tried to place each article in its most reflective pane.
